Slow Flow is a gentle, steady yoga class designed especially for midlifers and anyone who doesn’t feel particularly bendy, flexible or “yoga-shaped”.

This class is about moving at a pace that makes sense for your body today. We’ll flow slowly between simple postures, using breath, pauses and options to build strength, mobility and confidence without rushing or pushing. There’s time to notice how you feel, time to adapt, and time to rest when you need it.

Slow Flow is ideal if you want to ease stiff joints, reconnect with your body, calm your nervous system and start your day feeling more grounded and spacious — rather than worn out. You don’t need prior yoga experience, and you won’t be expected to keep up or get it “right”.

Come as you are. Move a little. Breathe a lot. Leave feeling steadier, looser and more like yourself.

Practical Information

When: Thursday mornings
Where: Market Lavington Old School Hall (located behind the library)
Parking: Plenty of free parking available in the community hall car park - just an easy walk to our practice space

What you'll need:

  • A yoga mat and blanket as essentials

  • Don't have your own equipment yet? No worries at all - I have spares available for you to borrow as you start your journey

Injuries or Ongoing Conditions: Your safety and comfort are my priority.
