Held on the Summer Solstice, this is a full-day menopause gathering for women who are tired of holding everything together and quietly disappearing in the process. We’ll step out of routines, screens and responsibilities and spend the day reconnecting with our bodies, our nervous systems and the natural world around us.
Expect grounding yoga and meditation (indoors or outdoors, weather-depending), time in the woodland to breathe and remember what it feels like to be part of something wild and alive, and honest, supportive conversations about menopause — including sex, energy, identity and change — without judgement or fixing.
The Solstice marks the longest day of light, a pause point in the year to notice where you are, what you’re carrying, and what you’re ready to lay down.
This day is about connection, learning, laughter, rest and remembering that you are still becoming — and you don’t have to do it alone.
