Good Women Take Notes. Wild Ones Take the Day.

Not a pampering day.

Menopause Day
You don’t need another thing to “fix”.
You don’t need to try harder, be better or hold it together for everyone else.

You might just need a day away from the noise — a day to move your body gently, breathe fresh air, talk honestly, laugh a bit, learn a lot, and remember who you are underneath all the roles you carry.

This is that day.

What This Day Is (and Isn’t)

This is a full, nourishing menopause day designed for women who feel a bit lost, foggy or quietly exhausted — and want something deeper than a spa day and less clinical than a workshop.

✔ Yoga that meets you where you are
✔ Time in the woodland to slow down and reconnect
✔ Honest menopause education without jargon
✔ Open conversation about sex, identity and change
✔ Space to rest, reflect and be yourself

✖ Not a pampering day
✖ Not about being flexible or “good at yoga”
✖ Not about fixing or performing

Yes — this sounds like me.

Expect a gentle rhythm to the day — movement, learning, nature, rest and conversation woven together without rushing. Yoga and meditation may take place indoors or outdoors depending on the weather, and everything is optional. Sharing is always invited, never required.

Lunch and refreshments are provided, there’s time to step outside or take a breather when you need it, and the day closes slowly — no sudden endings, no being pushed out the door.

I’d love a day like this

This Day Is for You If…

  • You feel like the old rules no longer fit

  • You’re curious about menopause and want real, human information

  • You’re tired of being the responsible one

  • You want to get outside and leave screens behind

  • You’d like to talk openly about sex, or simply listen

  • You enjoy yoga but don’t want anything extreme or intimidating

  • You’d love a day that feels meaningful, not fluffy

You don’t need to come with answers.
You don’t need to know anyone.
You just need to come as you are.
