Working with the kumbakha retention. As we move through the postures, take our time to connect to the breath and the retention.

We start on the floor before moving to our knees and then to standing. Poses included a downward dog, pigeon pose, seated twists, and hip opening.

Finishing with a nice deep relaxation.
