
Join me for a week of Yin Yoga - Yin Yoga is a slower, more meditative style of yoga where we hold poses for 3–5 minutes at a time. Instead of flowing quickly from posture to posture, Yin works deeply into the body – releasing tension in the joints, fascia, and connective tissues. It’s calming, grounding, and the perfect balance to busier, more dynamic practices (and to busy lives!). Expect plenty of stillness, space to breathe, and a chance to truly let go.
