Weekly Evening Yoga at Manningford Memorial Hall

Join our small, welcoming yoga class - perfect for all abilities and experience levels. With over 20 years of teaching experience, I create a supportive environment where everyone can explore and deepen their practice.

What to Expect

Each class offers a thoughtful blend of yoga styles, incorporating:

  • Flow sequences for movement and energy
  • Hatha yoga for strength and stability
  • Restorative poses for deep relaxation
  • Yin yoga for mindful, meditative holds

Every class is unique and designed around seasonal themes that help you develop greater awareness of anatomy, posture alignment, yoga philosophy, and deepen your overall practice.

Practical Information

What you'll need: A yoga mat and blanket as a minimum. Don't have equipment yet? No problem - I have spares available to borrow while you're getting started.

Parking: Plenty of free parking available in the lay-by directly outside the hall or in the playing field opposite. Please be mindful of village residents and avoid parking on the pavement directly outside the hall.

Booking & Payment: You can register and book in advance [here], or simply pay on the day with cash or card for maximum flexibility.

Injuries or illnesses - please contact me if you have on going conditions that I need to aware of, so we can discuss any modification required.
