A class that mixes up the practice of active flow yoga and finishes with quiet yin poses.
The Yang flow sequence will energise your body with the standing flow that moves from the front of the mat to the back of the mat. Working in wide-legged pose, warrior 1, chair pose and balance of warrior 3.
The practice's latter part brings you down to the floor for those yin poses. Poses are held for longer periods of time to let the inner body begin to release from the earlier energetic practice.
