Join me for this 60 minutes class - you will need a blanket, belt, two blocks and possibly a pillow.

Starting seated to focus and settle the breath, mind, and body.

Coming to the floor to open the hips and then onto the knees. Moving into crescent moon pose before the downward dog and up to standing. Standing, we will start to prepare ourselves for the balance poses. Coming back to floor for pigeon pose and backends.

Then onto relaxation. Enjoy!
