Expect: a guided practice, technique tips, common mistakes to avoid, and lots of options. We’ll explore how the shoulder joint and shoulder blades work, how posture and breath influence tension, and how to adapt key yoga poses to reduce strain.
We’ll also discuss common issues like shoulder impingement-type pain patterns, rotator cuff irritation, frozen shoulder (overview), and upper back stiffness — with sensible modifications.
