Join me for this meditation - Find a comfortable seated position - on a cushion, chair, bed or wherever feels stable. Allow your spine to either release or to feel naturally upright, shoulders soft. Close your eyes gently or soften your gaze downward. Place one hand on your chest, one on your belly, feeling the natural rhythm already present.

For beginners: Simply focus on comfort. There's no wrong way to sit.

For experienced practitioners: Notice the subtle energy already moving through you.
