Starting in a seated position to settle into the practice. This practice is all about holding the pose and using the breath to focus if there is any discomfort at any time, please breathe easy.

We start seated, then kneeling, downward dog, up to a standing sequence with warrior 2, exalted warrior and a standing backend.

Finishing on the floor in savasana.
