Starting on the floor to centre the mind, body, and soul. Starting with an affirmation for the class.

Starting the asana on the mat with knees into the chest to connect to the breath and movement and warm up the body.

Then we work on the stronger version of the downward dog before coming up to standing. Then into a flow practice with backends, supported side plank, and into the squat.

Completing the practice with an abdominal twist and into relaxation.
