This slow-flow class is working from the floor to standing poses.

Loosening up the neck, side stretches, and hip opening in cobblers pose (you may like a block to sit on). Before moving onto all fours, into the pigeon to open the hips and up to downward dog. From downward dog, moving into standing for balance. Then into standing poses, warrior two and wide-legged pose before coming back to the floor ready for relaxation.
