Join me in this class to open your hips. We start with our legs up the wall to activate the lymphatic drainage system. Before moving on all fours, for diagonal stretch, lunge and pyramid stretch, opening up the hamstrings. Moving into a seated forward fold and head-to-knee pose—then from downward dog into a pigeon and twisted pigeon. From there back into seated poses for twist and then on to the floor for svasana.
