You will need props for this session: blocks, bricks, and a strap. If you don't have the props, use a couple of big books. We start with our legs elevated in the air, moving through seated poses, including boat and a wide-legged boat pose.
We are on hands in downward dog and pank—if your wrists are delicate, be mindful. We are also working on the tummy for a number of poses.
Finishing with the strap over the knees for relaxation.
